Shipping policy


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $7.99 USD anywhere in the United States.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 ship free within the U.S.

In-Store Pickup

Not available at this time but expect it in the near future when we open our doors. 

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

  • If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us  with your name and order number.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

  • Refunds will be issued for the order amount minus return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We handle these on a case-by-case basis but will work toward a satisfactory solution.
